I did a lot of research on Alpha-H products to understand which will be best suited for my skin before deciding on this. Currently I use the Liquid Gold, but even though it does give me a inner glow, I feel that the liquid gold did not do wonders on my skin. The formula is like a thick gel, with a very strong smell. But the smell disappears quickly once the gel is dried. I aplied my usual moisturizer after it and did not think much of this. Next morning after my shower, I realised that my skin looks much much fairer, less red and has a very clean look to it. It's just the beginning but I have high hopes for Alpha H products!
