Four Seasons Wines ~ Drink it to Learn it !!

Hi Everyone,

The best way to learn about wine is by drinking it. Would you agree? 

In fact, that was the motto for an exclusive Blogger's meet at U.B City, Fava, Bangalore. And who better then the master himself, Mr. Abhay Kewadkar (Business Head and Chief Winemaker) to take you through the roller-coaster ride of pairing the Best of the food with the Best of the Four Seasons Wines. 

All credits to Abhay, everything from the layout of the table to the menu of the evening was preciously laid out to suit the occasion. Not to forget the prescribed serving temperature of the wines was specially taken care of. 

First course started with Caesar Salad. Salad was nice and crisp with flavours not overpowering the basic essence of salad. Salad paired great with Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc. Though my personal favorite was Chenin blanc which had this lime and fruity aroma which just enhanced the flavour of salad in palate.

Lamb Chop served for second course with Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Shiraz with its pleasant dark ruby red color and amazing aroma of spicy and smoky notes, offered fruity and spicy flavour to the palate with smooth finish.

Shiraz was a hands down winner here as most of the guest present agreed to have liked Shiraz with Lamb.

For deserts we were served Creme Brulee and Peaches with Four Seasons Blush.

Blush with delicious fruity taste was refreshing and I could not stop clearing the glass and ask for more.

A perfect Wine with your food is the Wine you like. If you like the wine pair it with different food and experiment who's stopping you :)

Four seasons have a number of Wines which you will like with different foods, so try them and select what you like.

In the end the essence of perfect wine which we discovered was Four season Wines with great food, good friends and fun people around, doing great talks and jokes, its a perfect combination to spend evening and enjoy wines.
