Hi Friends,
This week we went to experience food at
The Bengaluru Brasserie at Hyatt Centric
Hyatt Centric is a new, full - service lifestyle hospitality brand designed for millennial - minded business and leisure travelers.
Hyatt Centric Bengaluru headed by its General Manager Mr. Varun Mohan is the first Hyatt Centric brand to enter India and is the twenty-third worldwide. Hyatt Bangalore MG Road was rebranded as Hyatt Centric on 23rd May 2018 with a vision to cater to savvy - minded millennial guests who come to the city to see what the city has to offer, be it business or leisure.
Hyatt Centric's in - house restaurant, The Bengaluru Brasserie, is a 24-hour restaurant which provides a casual dining area where you can enjoy native inspired food and signature cocktails.
Located at 4th floor The Bengaluru Brasserie provides indoor and outdoor seating options, near pool.
The garden of The Bengaluru Brasserie is the perfect spot to enjoy Bangalore’s year-long breezy weather, and provides a much needed retreat from the chaos of city life.
The breezy interiors encourage an environment of shared meals and socialising. On the menu is a selection of authentic sushi, dim sum, Asian entrées and Szechuan barbecue, together with Indian and western small plates, sharing and comfort classics.
We love Bangalore weather these days and decided for outside garden seating, the place was well lit with some amazing music being played.
Looked to be perfect setup to try cocktails, so we decided on starters and cocktails. We were really happy to see that both food menu and cocktail menu had some touch of Karnataka in it, read more to get details.
