All of us have a lil wanderlust in our soul !! Isn't it ?? 

Hence, now and then we wanna rock Gypsy inspired outfits which mostly comprises of maxi dresses, peasant tops, frilly skirts and embroidery. For most of us who enjoy wearing hippie clothes, gypsy skirts are a real treat. For me, peasant skirts are really attractive fashion options for their sense of freedom and nostalgia coupled with true femininity. I am hoarding them in various colors and fabrics ranging from transparent to layered cotton and Sheinside.com has a huge collection.

Since you encouraged me to keep the tips flowing in while compiling a look/theme, here you go...How to rock Gypsy inspired look ??

1. Flaunt your feminity - Gypsy outfits are designed to bring out the best of feminity in you. Always give a masculine edge to this otherwise feminine look by pairing it with hats, crisp white shirt or boots.

2. Balance the Flow - With a larger, fuller skirt, you need a smaller, more fitted top. They can be teamed with short tank tops. My favorite is a silk or rayon blouse, fitted, v-neck, just to the top of the hip bone with a nice notched hemline.  Try peasant tops or embroidered ones for that ethnic touch. Another option is a longer, lightweight pastel or white tee with a fitted vest worn over it.

3. Break out of heels -  Flats are the soul partners of the gypsy inspired outfits. Tan, nude or brown are the best bet here. To combat the chill, biker style low-heeled Boots in suede or leather work well too.

4.  Let those accessories do the talking -  Don’t forget to wear gypsy inspired accessories. Go for big and bold statement pieces like long dangling earrings and layers of necklaces. Anything  with feathers, gold and coins goes for a more authentic gypsy look.  Finally, add a skinny belt to show off your waist.

5. Make a statement - Colorful headgear like bandannas create a cool and casual gypsy look. Head accessories like scarves, turbans and hats are must-have for this look. Be sure to wear a patterned scarf and wear your hair down.
