Stay Positive Stay Gorgeous Stay Strong

Hi Everyone,

8 years... Well yeah 💕 That's the number of years I am blogging full time and it's my job to be in front of camera all the time

Will you believe me, if I say, I still go through those days when I feel so under-confident about my body, my face and my whole existence 😐

I always use Positive comments from you guys to uplift myself...
That love and those words are more than mere comments to me ❤️

Speak kindly to yourself
Don’t let your inner critic kill your self-esteem. Make a conscious choice to fill up your script with positive words for the next week and see how dramatically it alters your outlook. Imagine if you told yourself every morning, 'YOU are UNSTOPPABLE, you've got this, you're a force!
how powerful that would be and how differently you’d approach your day.
Better turn into your own self-help guru each morning!
Being my own biggest cheerleader instead of biggest critic has helped me.

Do your homework
If you have a big school report or job interview coming up, go ahead and over-research and over-rehearse—preparation is the best way to come off as naturally confident on the actual day.

Primp away
Putting yourself together matters–when you look good, you feel good.
Whatever your style, the goal should be finding what feels good on you and looks good.
I often suggest trying something on without looking in the mirror first and then asking yourself if it feels good.
When the answer is yes, then check out how it looks.

Don’t let mistakes kill your vibe

Slipups can actually make you stronger in the end, as long as you learn something important from them and let that growth empower you. Personal growth is what grows confidence.

Don’t take social media too seriously
While social can be a great motivator and source of inspiration, it’s also easy to feel inadequate when start comparing real life to what you see in your feed. Look at social media as a form of entertainment, not as reality.
You’re only seeing the best of someone's day, the highlights of their personal and professional lives.
If you find that social leaves you more down than up, consider tweaking the types of accounts you follow. Clean up your feed…..Follow people who make you feel good about yourself. I only follow accounts that make me feel amazing, whether they feature food, horoscopes or leaders I admire. My feed is full of positivity, motivation and inspiration.

Don’t stop working for it
Gaining confidence is like building a muscle: It doesn’t happen overnight. The harder and more you work at it, the stronger it will become.

You have to wake up every day and make a choice to work toward your own happiness.

Till next time....Keep it STYLISH By Nature !!
