At an elevated level, called ‘The Piazza’, we enjoyed a great morning high on health and fitness. Total Yoga conducted the much awaited Karma Yogathon at UB City.

Karma Yogathon is a yearly event that supports the education of children through the Vidya Foundation and aims to provide for at least 12 children’s education this year.
The day started with a 5 km run at Cubbon Park beginning 7 am, followed by an exhilarating yoga session at UB city.
It was great to see adults and kids equally enthusiastic even at wee hours.

The Total Yoga Style incorporate 3 different styles of Yoga; Vinyasa, Hatha & Power Yoga with Pranayam & Meditation. They have their main centre in Indranagar and centres across India and other countries. Founded by Mr. Manish Pole and Ms. Neetu Singh, Total Yoga has been creating Yogis for the last 15 years and contributing to society in small ways through events such as Karma Yogathon.
Total Yoga invited support from patrons through joining them in this initiative, with a minimum contribution of Rs. 500 only for participation. Our team donated for the noble cause of child education as well. VIDYA Foundation is running the award-winning Vidya School in Gurgaon, where the Children are overcoming economic & social challenges to become future Leaders of change!
