Ging at Royal Orchid Central - Hub for Oriental Cuisine

This weekend we were craving for some Oriental Cuisine and came across this beautiful place called

Ging
At
Royal Orchid Central, MG Road


Ging is located at 10th Floor of the Hotel and provides casual dining experience for family and friends. Ambiance is colorful and inviting, with beautiful view of the Bangalore City. When you enter Ging you notice this Amazing Dragon Image created out of Plates, Beautiful Flowers and candle lite interior.
Bar location at open terrace space with Bangalore weather is something out of the world, perfect place to have those drinks with cool breeze and amazing view of the City.


Ging provides an array of cuisines which include Thai, Japanese and Oriental cuisine.

We absolutely love dumsums and we have to try them whenever we are eating Asian cuisine


Prawn Har Gau – Highly Recommended
Crescent Shaped Prawn Dumpling
One of the best dumpling I have had recently, a must try when you are visiting
 
Coriander Chicken
Herb & Chicken Dumpling

Vegetable Crystal – Highly Recommended
Translucent Mixed Vegetable Dumpling wrapped in Potato starch – 100% Gluten Free
Well I don’t like veg dimsums very often but this is something I will recommend for Veg and  Non-Veg, you will simply love it.

Pork Char Sui Bun
“Chinese style” barbecued pork filled steamed bun

“Cripsy” Shredded Lamb
Poly Mango, Chilli Tangra

General Tso’s Chicken Wings - Recommended
All American, Sweet, Sour, Spicy, Sesame

Red Chilli Chicken – Highly Recommended
Guntur Chilli, Whole Garlic
Totally loved this dish, Chicken was so tender and juicy and those Guntur chilli’s were just too good..

Chilli Corn Kernels
Golden fried corn kernels tossed with herbs & spices


Sharing Plates

Tossed Prawn Thai Basil – Highly Recommended
Sweet Basil, Red Chilli, Oyster Sauce

Massaman Chicken – Highly Recommended
Chicken, Button Onion, Massaman Paste


Sides

Mushroom Hibachi Rice – Highly Recommended
Shiitake, Wood-ear, Sticky Rice
A different variety of sticky rice, simply loved it.

Hot & Spicy Pan Fried Noodles with Chicken
Pan-fried noodles topped with Szechwan sauce 


Dessert

Assorted Mochi
“Japanese Style” sugared rice flour dough rolled & filled with ice cream
Loved Honey and Nut flavor, different take on ice cream. Something a must try.



Overall a great evening spent overlooking beautiful Bangalore and enjoying the cool Bangalore breeze.
We would really recommend you to visit Ging and explore the fun dining at 10th floor, without putting a hole in your pocket.
