Mango Masti Food Festival
We could not stop ourselves but to try the cuisine. As the name itself
suggests we were looking forward for Mango being used in Salads, Drinks,
Starters and Main course.

As we looked at the al la carte menu we found a range of innovative and delectable mango dishes are on offer with
beauties such as Mango and Philadelphia parcels, Mango Chicken Chaat and
Prawn Melon & Mango salad, taking center stage.
We started off with Aam Ka Panna served in earthen pot, it was refreshing and kick-started out evening..

For Appetisers :
Mango Chicken Chaat
Chicken Tikka, Mango and Onion Chaat was a delight to eat
Prawn Melon & Mango salad -- Highly Recommended
Served with mint flavored Jalapeno and lemon dressing, Prawn salad was a stand out and a must try. Taste was so flavorful and refreshing that I was looking forward for another serving but then controlled myself, we still had a lot of stuff to try.. :)
We tried Mango Coconut & Pineapple smoothie, in between our meals. It was a good break to have something so exciting. Never thought Mango and Coconut can compliment so well together. Definitely a must try if you love smoothie.
For the Main Course:
Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cinnamon Mango Sauce - Highly Recommended
Grilled Chicken brest stuffed with Minced chicken and Mushroom, served with bed of seasonal vegetable. Totally awesome dish. Add some Tabasco sauce and you will love it even further. Definitely a must try for the Fest.
Manga Kozhi Curry -- Highly Recommended
South Indian Chicken curry with Raw mango, Served with Steamed rice.
This was the first time I tried Manga Kozhi Curry and I must say I am in love with it. If you have not tried it still. This is the right time, must try.
For Desserts:
To delight your sweet tooth they have done due diligence, with variety of options, we tried
Aam ki Rasmalai
Alphonso cheese cake -- Highly Recommended
