You can take Punjabi out of Punjab, but you cannot take Punjab out of Punjabi :)
Rohit is perfect example of this and being a Big Foodie, North Indian cuisine is always on top of his list.
When we came to know about
Punjabi Food Festival
at
Ibis Bengaluru
in our neighborhood we could not stop ourselves but to try it.
Rohit was getting late at office and here I got a call from him that what is cooking for evening, I suspected dinner outside is coming. Thats when he mentioned that Chef Jyoti from Amritsar is conducting Punjabi Food Festival in Ibis and we should try it today.
We reached there around 8pm, decor was amazingly done like dhabhas in Punjab, with truck welcoming you.
Without wasting any time we attacked the starters "Chak De"
For Starters we had
