We decided to try Pan Asian Cuisine at "The Square"

Chef Sanjiv brings you the best food experiences from the region spanning from Mongolia in the north to Indonesia in the south and Myanmar in the west to Japan and Philippines in the east. The menu winds through a gastronomic journey which highlights the diversity of several different cuisines of this region. The dishes will feature food from the aforementioned countries as well as Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma, Cambodia, Bali, Laos, Vietnam and Singapore. Many of these areas have independent but related sub cuisines.
