5 life changing hacks this summer - I am trying right now

Summer Time ...Summer Time !! Time for sun and sand, however, Summer brings with it a plethora of problems – skin, hair and health problems like sunstroke, and heat boils. Also, calls for a change in diet and other healthy living tips.

Here are 5 routine changes which helped me look better version of myself

1. Easy Breezy - It is important to lower the temperature of the body, hence I ensure a cold shower everyday. You can prevent heat stroke by wearing loose and light clothes. I really loved the Summer collection at Max Fashion...perfect for hot days without compromising on comfort.

2. Use an excellent moisturizer - Smooth on a great moisturizer, like Emolene Creme, after you cleanse and before you apply sunscreen. I recently discovered Emolene creme at my local chemist and can't stop THANKING him enough.

3. Sunny, sunscreen!
Everyone knows that you need sun protection daily (even when it’s cloudy). Yep — you need about a pea-sized amount of sunscreen for your face. However, I started doubling up on protection by using an SPF moisturizer under my foundation/powder. And gals, don’t forget your lips, neck, backs of hands and eye area — all of those spots are exposed to aging UV rays just as much as your face.

4. Eat some protein
I traded bread in breakfast with a piece of fruit + eggs or Greek yogurt . Do you know, eating a high-protein breakfast helped women stay fuller longer and avoid overeating later in the day. Really Helps !!

5. Drink a big glass of water.
Dehydration not only causes you to feel terrible, it messes with the way your skin looks — and after a night’s rest, your body needs fluids. Thus, starting my day with a tall glass of water + half Lemon. Felling better already !!
