5 Tips to master the TOP Travel Wardrobe

Hi Everyone,

Summers defines holiday season for me and my mind only thinks SEA. SAND and BEACHES

I am packing my bags and all the lovely, flowy and comfy prints are coming with me.
I am eying these amazing pieces from GLOBUS which will be part of my holiday wardrobe.

Can't wait to slip into these pretty Bohemian Spring dresses…they make a strong summer statement, taking us back to the 1970s, with feminine ditzy florals, bold ethnic prints, summer stripes and romantic laces in an eclectic colour pallet.

Not only these are right on trend but also, pocket friendly too !!

Errrrrrr....the problem surfaces when you have to sit on your suitcase to zip it ....

there really is a better way ....

Here are my TIPS on how to fit everything while frantically planning for each possible scenario.

1. Pack three tops for every bottom - A weeklong trip, shouldn’t require more than six tops, one pair of pants, one pair of shorts, one dress and three bras. Start with two neutrals for your core basics and add two to three fun shades that coordinate.

My TIP -  Crop it !! Go short and get ‘waisted’ with crop tops and tees. Worn with high waisted sheath skirts or full skirts, denim skinnies or sweeping palazzos, it’s a style statement!

2. Be a lightweight -  Leave behind pieces with bulky linings or heavy embellishments. Also, stretchy jeans or jeggings can take up half the space of regular denim. Control temperature with layers, try pile on tees, tanks, and cashmere cardigans instead of bringing thick sweaters or a hefty jacket.

3. Avoid WRINKLES - Choose fabrics wisely. Blends containing nylon or polyester beautifully resist wrinkling. That way I make sure my outfits look more expensive and sorted in any situation #wink #wink

4. You are your best stylist - Make the most of the outfits and accessories you are carrying. Let them multi-task for you. Necktie, scarf, shawl, hairband, bandanna....play with accessories and style new looks everyday with the basic wardrobe you are carrying.

My TIP - Let yoga pants double up as PJ’s

5. Denim Jacket/Vest is my BEST Friend - I always carry a denim jacket and I am all sorted for any vacation. Be it layering to combat the chill or saving skin in burning sun....my denim jacket is my best friend. PERIOD.

Cheers .... to  lightweight yet stylish Holidays.....

Till next time....Keep it STYLISH By Nature !!
