This week we tried a new Gastrobar in town, Church Street Social,
Located on Church Street. This is a place where you can go Social without
digital media ... reviving those days when social life was not online. Hence Social Offline is what concept suggests.
Location of the joint is Church Street in heart of city
opposite Empire hotel, having 6000+ sqft of space, with 2 huge Bar counters one
on ground floor and other on 1st floor. They have separate smoking space that help you avoid
passive smoking unlike most other hangout places.
The place is esthetically designed to cater to all tastes be
it a college student hanging out with friends or an entrepreneur looking for a
weekend chill point with friends. A place where you can chat and hangout with
friends over Beer and good food. Crowd here was great and cheerful, fortunately
we ended up there on the day of IPL RCB match, people were enjoying IPL on big
screen and supporting their Team.
Food here is amazingly tasty, chefs have done due justice to
include dishes which catch your eyes and pallet rather than dishes which you
are forced to order. And at those pocket friendly prices you are tempted to
order and try new dishes.
We ordered a number of them and they were completely
amazing.
Special mention goes to Beida Roti (chicken and egg stuffed
roti), Chinese Box (noodles and chicken), Biryani.
Chocolate Blood Bath is sinful and something which you must
try, truly out of the world experience. It has Chocolate cake, chocolate
brownie, chocolate ice cream, chocolate
chocolate and more chocolate :)
Food menu starts from Rs70 and ranges to Rs350, and we were
like are you guys running this as NGO for Social like minded folks.
For Drinks we tried the whole Bar out, and still cannot stop
ourselves with cute #hashtags given like #Pauaa (quarter) #ThandiBeer (cold beer)
I could not stop laughing.
They have a huge drinks menu and no matter what you order
its different from previous drink.

Cocktails are priced between 280-480, which is great pricing.
The whole experience will blow your mind and you will leave
asking for more. We Visited this place at 2pm and we were not ready to leave
even at 8pm. Truly worth for your next
visit and I am sure you will be stuck to Social Offline experience as we all
are stuck to Social Media.
