It was an evening of fine indulgence and rich taste, as the international luxury hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, celebrated 5 grand years of its existence in India. Over an exclusive chef’s table dinner, the newly appointed Executive Chef, Bruno Cerdan, ensured that culinary expertise reigned the occasion. The Ritz-Carlton’s unrivaled gourmet moments were brought alive through a uniquely curated menu with signature dishes, prepared for a fine dining experience for select
guests.
The evening witnessed delectable combinations of global cuisine including Succulent lobster salad, Morrel Risotto, Rack of baby lamb, Home-made desserts paired with the finest vintage
wines.

techniques and innovative presentations.
