WelcomHotel by ITC #FoodReview

Bengaluru has emerged as one of India’s most popular metropolitan cities due to its pre-eminent position as India's technology capital. The city boasts of a rich heritage, pleasant climate all year round and lush, landscaped gardens. Amidst this greenery stands WelcomHotel Bengaluru, an erstwhile MyFortune hotel that offers spirited and efficient service to the savvy traveler.

WelcomCafe Jacaranda, a vivacious dining destination, is open 24 hours and showcases an all new menu with local specialties like Balakai Huvu Vada, Mysore Chilli Chicken, Coorgi Kori Biriyani, Goan Fish fry, Jhinga Malai, Elaneer panna cotta and a lot more as part of the Local Love theme. These dishes sit comfortably with delectable international cuisines with roots in the Mediterranean, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia.

Today we came over to experience food at WelcomCafe Jacaranda

We started our day with Cream of wild Mushroom soup

Chicken Dim Sum
Murgh KalimirchTikka
Hare Masale Ki Shammi -- Highly Recommended
Though I dont love veg starters but this one was different, definitely a must try.
Paneer Drums

Main Course

Jheenga Malai -- Highly Recommended
Goes really well with Plain rice
Dal Makhani -- Highly Recommended
One of the Best Dal Makhani I have had recently in Bangalore
Butter Chicken
Chicken Dum Biryani

Being a hardcore Punjabi, if some restaurant serves Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken, I love to judge them and give them a rating, since I have grown eating them in and around Delhi/Amritsar which I consider to be Mecca of Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken.
I must say their Dal Makhani is pretty good.

Blueberry Cheese Cake
Gulkand Ice Cream and Fruits -- Highly Recommended
Red wine infused Jalebi
Desserts are simply amazing I would recommend trying them all :)

We would highly recommended you to plan your family dinner at Welcom Hotel.

Till next time....Keep it STYLISH By Nature !!
