Last weekend after shopping at IndiraNagar we were at a lookout of a good Gastro Pub, and we landed at
Glocal Junction
Glocal ? Now whats that!!
That was the first question on our mind. We knew it would we related to Global and Local cuisines and we thought to clarify it with Chef before we try our options.

Glocal Junction is the unification of global experiences with surprise elements of local cultures, a twisted new whole which is greater than the sum of its parts. To add to the experience this all day Gastro bar starts a soothing space by the day and converts to a high energy spot by the sun-downer. Surprisingly they also have separate Day and Night Menu.
Located in the heart of Indiranagar, I loved the Glass front of this restaurant which allows more natural light during the day and makes this restaurant look more airy and full of life. (We have to visit it soon during evening to check the ambiance and lighting during evening). With Rustic interiors this place gives a very casual look and feel and makes it an Ideal place to be with friends to chill your day out.

Chaat Pizza - Highly Recommended
Really!! Pizza with Chaat Toppings, Beware it might create a short circuit, Specially for Delhiites :)
Over it was a completely different than I have ever had my chaat, and thankfully it was amazing, the thin crust of pizza gave that extra crunch to chaat which I loved.
Disco Anda Pav -- Highly Recommended
Twist to regular French Toast GLOCAL style, its Anda pav inside out, Outer side is Egg with pav inside, Whatt!!!
Definitely a must try.
Falafal Pockets
Pita bread sandwich with Falafal filling, good to try if you are Vegetarian
Arab ki Thali -- Recommended
Hummus, Babaganoush, Muhamara served with Pita bread and lavash crackers
Grilled Potato Skin
Grilled Potato filled with cheese.
Glocal Leafy Smoked Fish - Highly Recommended
Basa fish wrapped in banana leaf and baked to perfection. Must try for diet conscious folks.

Desi Fish and Chips -- Highly Recommended
GLOCAL twist to this classic dish was to add Fish Cooked Amritsari style. Good Change, definitely a must try.
Fusion Khowsuey
South Indian touch to this classic Burmese dish was awesome. Do try this dish if you are fan of Thai Curry and Rasam :)
Chicken Quesadilla -- Recommended
Chicken cooked to perfection with tangy spicy yogurt Sauce
Desserts
This place has one of the best desserts with never before flavours and it will completely blow your mind
Beeramisu -- Highly Recommended
Italian Dessert Tiramisu with a twist of added beer, just loved it.
Masala Chai Pannacotta -- Highly Recommended
I love Pannacotta's with Coffee, but a Tea Pannacotta, that to Masala Tea :)
Kalkatta Paan Cheesecake -- Highly Recommended
Mindblowing twist to Paan, you have to try this one
Baked Filter Coffee -- Recommended
Its a caramel custard with foam added and served in steel filter coffee glass and saucer gicing it an appearance of filter coffee

Whisky based Drink served with Human Skull glass container, added smoke is added to create that magical aura, Presentation 10/10, taste is very subjective as it was a bit bitter, I loved it..
Toxic Box -- Highly Recommended
Vodka Based drink is definitely must try, one of the best I had that day
Infused Jar
Vodka based drink infused with fruits and berries
Mirage
Vodka Based drink served in Golden Pineapple container, Like Mirage I tasted multiple flavours and was a nice drink
Margaritas -- Recommended
Loved Kiwi and Watermelon flavored Margaritas, with actual fruits in it. Awesome
Bouquet
Vodka based drink with rose petals and amazing jar which reminded me of showpiece representing ocean waves, it was a bit too sweet for me.

Glocal Junction, with its unimpeachable cuisine, elaborate bar menu, well-manicured interiors and exquisite ambiance is set to provide this city with a captivating drinking and dining space that allows its guests to enjoy the virtue of being local at heart. Guys you have to try it soon.
