Traditional denim elevates from street to chic - Jeans in Fashion

Hi Everyone,

“The most spectacular, the most practical, the most relaxed and nonchalant. They have expression, modesty, sex appeal, simplicity – all I hope for in my clothes.” So said the late, great Yves Saint Laurent

Any idea what Saint Laurent talking about?

The humble blue jean

He isn't alone. For Autumn/Winter 2015, a raft of designers have turned back to the traditional blue jean for inspiration, some cutting it raw and ragged, others twisting, patching, embroidering and bedazzling the fabric.

Non-traditional ways to wear denim could possibly be the best answer to your all of your wardrobe ruts, especially in the coming season. Lightweight raw denim is the first, and easiest to wear this category. And hard-wearing, work-wearing denim is nothing if not democratic.

That's the reason I compiled a look wearing  a denim long shirt tunic with embroidery detailing on the shoulders. The colorful embroidery gives a boho twist to this denim ensemble.... the idea of contrasts and something a little more refined, a little more street. A non traditional spin on denim heritage combined with an ambition to live life to its fullest.

With refined tailoring and timeless appeal this is truly a must have in your wardrobe.

Till next time....Keep it STYLISH By Nature !!
