Independence Day Special - Tri Colour Yogurt

300 gm Fresh Hung Curd (No Whey)
100 gm Castor Sugar
100 gm Almond Powder
30 gm Natural Honey
50 gm Papaya Puree
10 gm Papaya Chopped
50 gm Kiwi Puree
10 gm Kiwi Chopped
50 gm Banana Puree
10 gm Banana Chopped

  • In a bowl mix Hung curd, castor sugar, almond powder and a table spoon honey.
  • Divide the yogurt mixture into 3 equal parts in separate bowl. Mix well Papaya puree, Kiwi Puree and Banana puree in each separate bowl of yogurt. Chill for 30 min.
  • Take a fancy short glass layer the inner side of glass with honey. Pour the 3 flavoured yogurt mixture in individual glasses and top with chopped fruits (Papaya, Banana, Kiwi) respectively. 
  • Pour remaining honey with spoon on top of chopped fruit.
Serve Chilled and Enjoy..
