Featuring the best of Sardinian cuisine, Chef Antonello draws inspiration from authentic recipes passed on to him from his ancestors over generations. The Sardinian food festival at Alba, promises to take its guest on a one of a kind gastronomical journey that not only uses organic ingredients, but is also a cuisine that is light and scrumptious.

Sardinian cuisine is known for its fresh seafood, breads and cheeses. Enjoy the Antipasti Counter, a selection of Chef’s hometown specialty vegetables, Carasau (paper thin bread – music bread), authentic pecorino cheese and crisp salads.
