Food Review : “Spice IT” at ibis Bengaluru City Centre

This week our photo-shoot concluded right before Lunch and we decided to visit

“Spice IT” at ibis Bengaluru City Centre 

to satiate our taste buds.

Spice IT is signature multi-cuisine restaurant by ibis Bengaluru City Centre which presents casual dining space with the best of Indian, Oriental and European cuisine. Located in the heart of the city, Spice It, offers a choice of buffet and a la carte and is designed keeping the modern traveler in mind. Stylish yet elegant, bright décor greets guests, open kitchen is inviting and sets the mood right for a scrumptious meal. To enhance the dining experience, the restaurant also offers guests a pleasant alfresco dining option.

We started with Welcome drink and Snacks

Tomato Yoghurt Lassi with Crunchy potato Canapé and Sweet & Sour Lentil balls
Tomato Yoghurt Lassi was amazing twist to regular lassi and is worth a try.

Paya Nihari Shorba

 Gosht Galouti
(A flavored meat patty which melts in the mouth – Galawati as its known)

 Malgudi Tawa Fish
(Generously marinated fish in stone grounded homemade masalas)

 Kastoori Murgh Tikka
(Marinated chicken chunks coated with fenugreek flavors)

Paneer Malai Pesto Tikka
(Clay oven roasted Paneer infused with pesto sauce)

Mushroom Galouti
(A vegetarian twist to traditional galouti)


Dum ka Murgh chaap
(Overnight marinated whole chicken cooked in secret blend of handpicked spices)

Subz Birbali
(Seasonal fresh vegetables in a blend of nuts & tomato)

Dal Angara
(Black lentils simmered & tempered with ghee)


Rogni naan
(Crispy Leavened bread finished with chili oil)

Everything on this plate was a gastronomic delight.

Vegetable Biryani / Chicken Biryani
(The Signature dish served with mirch ka salan & mix veg raita)

Rasmalai - Favorite, was not able to stop myself from asking another portion.

Overall great food, we loved main course the most, you should definitely try it.
