Flavors of India - At The Lalit Ashok

Hi Everyone,

Savour the Unified Flavors of India - At The Lalit Ashok
A 40 day journey of Indian cuisines

The Lalit Ashok brings Unified Flavors of India to your platter: from the land of Punjab to the land of Ganges (West Bengal). While the state of Punjab subconsciously transports us to the world of Sarson da saag and makki di roti; West Bengal sets one’s taste buds for the mouth watering dishes of baath and maach.

Well, the Unified Flavours of India by The Lalit, is all set to give the taste of India in the form of Punjab da Khazana, Shaahi Mewad (Rajasthan), Bundelkhandi Jugalbandi (BundelKhand) and Bengali Bahaar. Starting from 21st September 2012 to 30th October 2012, for this 40 day culinary journey chefs from The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group’s respective properties are in town to dish out authentic cuisines.

Being innovative and delighting our guests with varied aromas have always been the focus on our table, said Mr Amit Samson, GM, The Lalit Ashok. Given the cosmopolitan culture of Bangalore, he further expressed optimism over the success of Unified Flavors of India being laid at 24/7 at The Lalit Ashok.

The Lalit Ashok reflects the city’s spirit in a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary sophistication. With a splendid legacy and a pulse on the present, The Lalit Ashok has transformed into one of the preferred destinations in the city's booming hospitality sector.
