While the world's been floating in the sea of skinny jeans, I was happy to stand out by embracing wider, flowing and easy to style palazzo pants. Once I decided to embrace it after initial hiccups here, I am game for these wide pants in a number of different looks, patterns, fabrics or solid monochromatic colors. And while it's safe to go with solids initially, I dare to get prints whether they are classics like these striped wide legs from Sheinside.com. To me palazzos now behold the new fashion era of comfort, ease-of-movement, and pure sophistication !!
Are you still juxtaposing over the idea of palazzos, here I have some tips to get you sorted -
1. Lets start the fun - These wide leg, drapey, trouser, beach, pajama pants have all the right ideas and all the right moves. You could also try overcome your hesitation by starting with solid monochromatic colors and then switch over to patterns.
2. Search for the soul-mate - Best soul-mates for your palazzos are fitted tops. A silhouette that fits close to the body will offset voluminous pants.Since these pants are bottom heavy, Go Fitted At The Top. Choose the right tank top, blouse, corset top that stays snug to your body and let your pants flow wide down below. This way, you get to maintain a nice long and shapely silhouette.
3. Add height, look tall - To appear taller, make sure to tuck in your shirt/top into your palazzo pants to create a higher-looking waistline. Step out in higher heels. Throw in some wedge heels or platform shoes to add more inches. They'll help lengthen you even more.
4. Get the BEST out of palazzos - Once you are comfortable with your pants, try create fun looks by pairing these great pants with boyfriend jackets, crop tops, lace blouses and oversized accessories !!
