Being big fan of Pan Asian cuisine, whenever we get a chance we go out to check whats new happening in Pan Asian Cuisine in our city. This week we went to try the new menu of

Shiro has these beautiful interiors with huge statues and teardrop curtains which add to the overall pan asian flavour.
Here is our journey through the new menu at Shiro:
Vegetarian Grills
Teriyaki Spiced Vegetable Skewers - Recommended
Exotic Vegetables infused with flavours of teriyaki chilli and peanuts
Sriracha Corn on the Cob - Highly Recommended
Corn glazed with hot sriracha sauce and grilled to perfection
Corn was amazing and sauce had a tangy taste which was going well with overall texture of corn. Definitely a must try if you are a corn lover
Grilled Miso Mushrooms - Highly Recommended
Mushrooms were cooked well and had that earthy flavour which was predominant with earthen spices, i would have loved it more if shiitake mushrooms had a smaller cut.

Hosin Sauce & Sherry add a sweet, tangy kick with the freshness of basil

Non Veg Grills had a bigger menu than Veg grill and I could find all the interesting options there. I could not resist myself but to order them.
Javanese Spiced Lamb Chops - Highly Recommended
New Zealand lamb chops rubbed with bold indonesian spices and grilled to perfection
Juicy Lamb with spices, perfect for a chilly evening and when paired with Whiskey Seduction it was combo to die for.
Kung Pao Chicken Skewers - Highly Recommended
Skewers grilled with Sweet Soy Chilli glaze, topped with peanuts
Loved the crunch of peanuts and sauce on chicken, really awesome.
Korean Style Basa - Recommended
Vietnamese Basa grilled with in-house Gochujang marinade
Wasabi Prawn Skewers - Recommended
Hot and Sweet prawns grilld with wasabi and honey
Wasabi paired well with prawns, though eat it with caution else wasabi will smoke you out :)
Oriental Herbed Chicken
Chicken grilled with freshness of aromatic Basil, Coriander and Thai chilli
