Anyone can fall in love with such a beautiful description of pastels...So did I. I pulled out my beautiful pastel shade recently purchased denim from Benetton and starting compiling my look.
I always imagine pastels as soft and flowing so was looking for a perfect masterpiece which can give me the flow and softness I wanted. I knew the only place to find this masterpiece would be ZARA and I was so right in my thought process. I found my best find - SHEER Blouse. Even, my high tech camera could not capture the beauty and elegance of this blouse that well. Those of you who own this piece can understand what I mean.
Next, the touch of Neon was provided by slim belt and lip color. I never thought about giving a touch of neon to pastels...but that was before I read above lines. I was pretty happy for the outcome. To balance it all I kept the accessories to nude.
When and How to wear pastels? Pastels can be worn best during day. However with nice embellishments they can easily be transformed to spice up the evenings as well.
Now I am enjoying Malaga’s Star Studded Fashion Show at Lakme Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012
and waiting for Rohit Bal’s Lakme Fashion Week Finale.
